The IMechE Germany Group cordially invites all members to attend the 2019Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will take place onFriday22 March inAlpen, near the Ruhr-Valleystarting at 15:45.

All members of the IMechE Germany Group are welcome to attend the AGM, for which the draft agenda is as follows:

- Annual report including Young Members report

- Financial report

- Election of new committee

- Goals for 2019

- Agenda items raised by members

Any member who wishes to place an item on the agenda may do so, providing notice is given by email toGermanySec@imechenearyou.orgby Friday8March.

Additional nominations, proposed by a member and seconded by another member, may be made by email toGermanySec@imechenearyou.orgby Friday8March. The email must include the post, the full names and membership grades of the candidate, proposer and seconder, including company affiliation and position of the nominee as wells as a brief curriculum vitae of not more than 250 words.
