The CMI Level 5 Award in Management Coaching and Mentoring is designed for practicing managers and those aspiring to senior management to develop management coaching and mentoring skills. Delegates will be supported in identifying the links between management coaching, mentoring and the achievement of business goals.

As part of the qualification, delegates attend theMentoring Skillsone day workshop and can work towards the CMI Level 5 Award in Management Coaching and Mentoring.
