Following three teams shared their experience with the participants.

1. Team WRise of University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, India – Overall 1st place in 2021 virtual competition.
2. MoraAvions of the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka – 2^ndRunners-up – Overall 3^rdplace and Environment Award in 2021 and appearance in 2018 UK competition with a special commendation.
3. Team ANTS of the Islamic University of Technology, Bangladesh – Design Award and the Media and Engagement Award in 2021 and three awards in 2020. n

All three teams presented in the event sharing their experience on how they formed the team, how they learnt the X-plane simulator, the challenges they faced and how they overcame those. There were attendees from other regions who were participating in fruitful discussions after the presentations. The Chair of IMechE SAR, Chanaka Wanniarachchi, and the Vice-Chair, Ravi Kochak praised the teams and emphasised the importance of having such events. The International Young Member Chair, Ankit Sharma, who coined the idea of having such an event was also shared his thoughts while appreciating the teams and organizing the event. As the main organiser, the Secretary of IMechE SAR, JR Gamage, welcomed and compered the proceedings.
