我总是对物理原理着迷。这种兴趣使我进入机械工程领域。我觉得作为一名机械工程师，我可以提高人们的生活质量。也许我们经常在日常生活中使用机械工程的概念。目前，我在雅各布斯的水团队工作，担任高级机械工程师。雅各布斯一直激励我通过各种专业发展计划获得特许证书。对我来说，加入IMechE是为了manbetx体育注册获得专业认可，并在组织中继续学习和专业发展。manbetx体育注册IMechE拥有一个积极的成员继续自己发展所需的一切，曾MIMechE给了我一个竞争优势，因为机械工程师学会是国际公认的。万博manbetx网址它也帮助我在专业上成长。我从2014年开始在IMechE印度分公司做志愿者。manbetx体育注册 I organized some engineering events through which I explored networking opportunities with great engineers around the country. In 2015, I was elected as the secretary of Young member board which helped me interact with the young members. I then organized the Speak Out For Engineering event on zonal and National level, which was the platform he was waiting for long, to contribute for growth of engineering fraternity and personal development. After gaining momentum and successful events, I was elected on branch committee., I started with the young member India panel formation and subsequently organized the first successful GED in India. He organized many industrial visits to encourage more student chapters and volunteers to join the institution. In 2016, I volunteered for India Branch webmaster role. Starting my career in the water and wastewater field, I wanted to learn more and improve skill set through attending lectures and networking with industry forums. After becoming Incorporated engineer in 2013 and through IMechE association, I met many Process Industry experts and furthered my knowledge.. In 2017, I was elected as YMR for SAR region. I closely worked with the YM Chairs of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka to improve & increase regional YM activities by initiating YM board formation in Sri Lanka & Bangladesh and holding joint IYMC/YMB projects for Photo Competition and Video competition in 2018, I organized Global SOFE and various meetings (SAR AGM, IYMC and ISB meeting) in 2019 at Delhi - a 4 day event well appreciated by all attendees. One of my major achievements has been to organize regional SOFE finals in Bangladesh which encouraged members from various other universities to connect with IMechE. This also led to increase in number of activities across Bangladesh. Participation in International events such as UAS challenge and Formula Student also improved. Young member survey: As a part of IYMC key themes, I prepared the 2018 international young member survey which was open to all young members internationally. This was the first approach which received over 1700 survey responses Now I am elected as the IYMC chair. I will try my best to bring the interests of the international young members to the forefront at a strategic level to bring a positive change for the benefit of our young members. I hope in my time as the chair, I am able live up to the expectations of my fellow engineers, The journey so far has been very fulfilling and it has really raised my overall profile. I look forward to more such opportunities to volunteer for all the members worldwide.
