Description

The IMechE Hong Kong Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) is aimed to gather the professional engineers from different background or industries. ELP is targeted to nurture the professional mechanical engineers to continuously develop their professionalism, including but not limited in their technical knowhow, leadership & management, interpersonal skills and professional commitment.

We are inviting Engineers who received his/her professional registration (CEng or IEng MIMechE) within 15 years and experienced executives/professionals with 20+ years working experience to join ELP.

The results of matching will be released in Sep 2022. An Opening Ceremony will be held in Oct 2022. All Coaches and Practitioners are strongly encouraged to join the Opening Ceremony. Details of the ceremony will be announced later.
