Understand the normal bio-chemical process that underpin our fear of speaking in public and find practical measures you can take to control and start to enjoy them. Join us on the 31stMarch – 19:00pm where Richard Chance CEng will be giving a webinar at this year’s committee annual general meeting.

Richard ran a company specialising in scenario based adrenal response training, giving him experience in Conflict Resolution, Assertiveness, Verbal Boundary setting, with over 15,000 hours contact teaching time. He’s worked with Men, Women, Children, Operational Staff (Military, Police and Emergency Services), businesses, schools and Colleges. Now a Chartered Engineer working in the Warships Business unit at Babcock, focusing on large change programmes.

With it being our AGM, if you want to influence how the committee supports you, as an engineer in Devon and Cornwall, this event is where to get your voice heard. The event will feature a webinar given by Richard Chance, AGM and committee elections.

The committee relies entirely on volunteers and needs your support. Being a committee member is a fun and fulfilling role if you want to give back to local engineers, promote engineering or develop your skills and competences. Come and meet the committee and find out what we’ve been doing for you and what support is available to you.
