John Clegg has over 30 years’ experience
gained in multiple countries in engineering, manufacturing, sales and operations in the upstream oil and gas industry. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Science and a Diploma in Global Business, both from Oxford University, England. He has 14 patents, has authored multiple technical papers and is an active member of the IMechE’s Upstream Oil and Gas Committee, having just stepped down as Chair at the end of 2022. John is the CTO of Hephae Energy Technology, developing the high-temperature technology that will be needed for the drilling of geothermal wells at scale, and has just published his second book on innovation.




The webinar is open to all but should appeal to Mechanical Design Consultants; Installing Contractors; Maintenance Engineers; Project Managers; C&I Engineers; Commissioning Engineers; Quality Engineers; Energy & Sustainability Engineers and Process Engineers will all gain a high-level understanding and appreciation of how and why steam is able to address energy and sustainability concerns, and significantly reduce CO2 to meet the challenges of tomorrow, whilst retaining today’s process and infrastructure.
