John Clegg has over 30 years’ experiencegained in multiple countries in engineering, manufacturing, sales and operations in the upstream oil and gas industry. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Science and a Diploma in Global Business, both from Oxford University, England. He has 14 patents, has authored multiple technical papers and is an active member of the IMechE’s Upstream Oil and Gas Committee, having just stepped down as Chair at the end of 2022. John is the CTO of Hephae Energy Technology, developing the high-temperature technology that will be needed for the drilling of geothermal wells at scale, and has just published his second book on innovation.
