Active members not able to attend may delegate other attending active members by filling-up and signing the "Pouvoir" form sent by email.

NOTICE: This Annual General Meeting is convened in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of The Institution of Mechanical Engineers. Entitlements to attend and vote are described in the Volunteer Handbook for International Representatives, Section 3 & 5. All Corporate Members shall be entitled to be present at all General Meetings and to take part in the discussions and vote thereat, according to rules set out in Section 3. Members of other classes shall be entitled to attend General Meetings and may, at the invitation of the Chairman thereof speak, but may not vote.
